  • Yes! We absolutely want your money and donations can be made year-round! Visit our Donate page to give a monetary donation or to contact us about donating items for silent auctions and raffles.

  • When you buy a ticket to one of our events, you are making a donation and therefore the tickets are non-refundable. However, if you can no longer make it, check out the next FAQ!

  • Yes! Just reply to your ticket receipt and let us know the full name and email address of the person you are transferring the ticket to, and cc them as well. We'll take care of the rest!

  • First, don't panic!! We're here for you. Just reply to your ticket receipt and let us know the name of the event that you that you would like to exchange your ticket for. Because there are a limited number of tickets for each event, we can not guarantee a replacement but we'll try our hardest to take care of our Stay fam.

  • You should receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. However, if you can't find it, we gotchu! Just contact us HERE and we'll be happy to resend your receipt. Don't forget to add skzstaycon@gmail.com to your bestie list so you don't miss emails from us!

  • First, check your spam or junk folder for us. If you still can't find it, please contact us HERE. Include the name and email address on the order as well as items purchased and the date of your order and we will get you all sorted!

  • We can't guarantee that there will be tickets available on the day of the event, so your best bet to join the party is to purchase your ticket online. We will start a wait list for most events once they sell out.

  • We want to make sure all our Stay family is able to enjoy our events, so we will do our absolute best to accommodate you! Please contact us HERE with your requirements!

  • We use Square as our payment portal and will NEVER store any of your payment details. The only information we will store is your name, email address, and any relevant information for the event, such as SKZ bias or other non-sensitive information.
